This bit strikes me as tactically disingenuous, because the long winded - and I'm sure carefully timed - "detailed request" only servers to inspire people - EULA style - to dismissively agree.

...And to think a year or so ago, we were worried about hackers misusing Acoustic Mesh Networks.
