cant find the streaming url for this site

I still cannot find the solution to my problem, I cant find the exact url stream to be used in vlc, the link is http://www.tvalhijrah.com/[email protected]
 I've tried many things but it all end up with a failure and last time i did with urlsnoop butit cannot find my network driver properly, can someone help me please??
