meme outline feature

Mouser, for the sake of meme creation, can you add a feature that adds an outline around the font being used?  Basically, standard mame font is the impact font plus an outline.

That's what I thought.  No standalone software, though, only web tools.  I even tried gimp, thinking it would have a one-click option for it, but no.  But yes, I also feel someone must already have this somewhere...
