Is there a way to automatically name the screenshot with the clipboard text?

I was wondering if I can name the screenshot with the text copied in the clipboard using the
file name template.

tried %clipboard%, {clipboard},..so on.

but doesn't seem to work.

I could use the post capture dialog but its too slow and laggy.

Is there any other software you know about?
