Will not accept password to come out of kiosk mode

Circle Dock 1.5.6.30

I cannot come out of kiosk mode. I get an error "The password you entered is invalid"

I have uninstalled and re-installed many times making the password easy to remember. I know I'm entering the correct password but still no go
