Suggestion: it would be nice to have an option to hide the border in PBOL, just like in DC... Every pixel counts ;)

* You can now create a "manual" position bar, and set its position at any time by clicking on the bar itself.
* New option (set by default) to not force the panel on top when docked or when a full screen app (like a screensaver) is running.
With the new manual bar item, you can make progress bars that you can freely adjust just by clicking on them.
