skwire textargets
« on: February 21, 2013, 11:56 AM »
skwire: is it possible for you to make the entire article pop up in a separate window, with the next line (paragraph) selected.  This would help me decide better whether or not I'd want that paragraph sent to the target file or not. I can make better editing decisions because I'm reading the prepped paragraph in context and not in isolation as it is now.  My need stems from being a writer who manipulates text regularly, and I can see the usefulness of textargets in making the task of creating new articles from old ones easier.

Hi, Paul, and welcome to the DonationCoder site.   :D

It's been a couple of years since I've looked at that code.  =]  From what I recall, TextTargets was designed to work with a list of text where one line in the text file equalled one item (be it a single word, sentence, whatever...).  The app doesn't really have any concept of a paragraph or sentences within a paragraph.  Does that make sense?  Have I misunderstood your request?
