[ Amazing and beautiful pictures...]

A galactic star gazer takes a final look before bowing out (pictures)

The Herschel Space Observatory is about to run out of fuel. But its nearly four-year mission has produced a wealth of new knowledge about our universe.

If you like pictures from astronomy, you could do worse than get APOD (Astronomy Picture Of the Day) into your feedreader
This is the latest: http://apod.nasa.gov/apod/ap130402.html

Another great spot is Phil Plait's "Bad Astronomy" blog.  http://www.slate.com...s/bad_astronomy.html. Great pictures (not only astronomy) with very good layman's descriptions of what's going on in the universe.

He was recently speaking at what I think is Mouser's stomping grounds - http://www.slate.com...tesla_coils_and.html

We are at the very beginning of time for the human race. It is not unreasonable that we grapple with problems. But there are tens of thousands of years in the future. Our responsibility is to do what we can, learn what we can, improve the solutions, and pass them on.

Thanx Stephen.  I have a new ergonomic keyboard that's not broke in.  I type so fast and don't notice the missed letters sometimes.
