Yay flashmobs!

IMO though the pacing on this was a bit too slow. But who am I to quibble!

I think the reason they did it that way was to give enough time to allow the setup and give a panoramic view of what was going on at the time.  It started out as a peaceful day in the square and evenutually turned into a full blown concert with a large crowd gathered.  It wouldn't have had the same effect if everyone just came barreling out and started to play all at the same time.  At least that's my take on it.....

BAD ASS! ;D

On the 130th anniversary of the founding of Banco Sabadell we wanted to pay homage to our city by means of the campaign "Som Sabadell" (We are Sabadell) . This is the flashmob that we arranged as a final culmination with the participation of 100 people from the Vallès Symphony Orchestra, the Lieder, Amics de l'Òpera and Coral Belles Arts choirs.

Cynical comment
It's kind of disgusting to see it sponsored by a bank. Love the music, the orchestra was fantastic, but man... a bank? Seriously? And they picked that piece? Why not stay in character and play "Black Magic" or "Angel of Death"...

The Copenhagen Phil is a great orchestra, but I think they could have picked a better song than Bolero for a flash exibit.

On another note, Denmark was one of my favorite countries I've been to.  I was at Aalborg for 43 days and had a blast.  Two things I learned while there.  1. The Danes love to party.  2.  There were more beautiful blond haired, blue eyed women than I could shake a stick (or anything else) at.   ;D  And Aalborg was/is such a beautiful city.  Everything was clean and beautifully landscaped.  At the time I was there, the people were really fond of Americans, for the most part anyway.  They've probably wised up by now.  lol
