I usually use this one: Leawo Free FLV converter.
It's able to download flv files from video sharing sites e.g. YouTube, dailymotion, bla bla bla :D
And also convert the video format. (yep I know you don't need this function) :P
No ads, no virus.

RealPlayer is my preference:  http://www.real.com/resources/download-convert-flv

Can 'you' get the video from http://www.cmt.com/videos/charlie-peacock/828913/death-trap.jhtml ? (not the will-i-am commercial, but the Charlie Peacock video) because I can't, but would like to. ♥

edit:
never mind, I've found a better resolution version on YouTube:

Firefox add-on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/video-downloadhelper/

Video DownloadHelper 4.9.13
The easy way to download and Web videos (.flv) from hundreds of YouTube-like sites.
This works also for audio and picture galleries.
I try this one and it's very goood.
If you want to convert the flv files to a more common format like, you may also check this source: .flv to .mp4

Regards,
James
