propose the number with decimals in a text editor and obtain the letters in several languages.

Do you mean something like you highlight a "2" and it pastes in "two"?  Highlight a "3" and it pastes in "three"?

Would be just a matter of providing some way to offer additional languages then, eg. extra arrays, remote call to Google Translate, etc.
