I can't seem to find this download.  The site says it has changed recently.  Did the download for this utility get lost in the transition or am I overlooking something obvious?

Thanks for the confirmation.  I would really like to try this out.  It sounds just like a utility I use on Mac OSX and if so I find it extremely convenient and would love to have the same functionality on Windows.
