(1/2) > >>

Zero3K:
I've learned of a new snapshot program called Sysrestore thanks to Wilders Security Forums. Its Homepage is http://www.sysnew.com/. Also, here are some pages for it and the maker/marketing guy of it:

SysRestore Pro has been recommended by Gizmo at techsupport, and is right now offered for FREE:
http://www.techsupportalert.com/content/get-sysrestore-pro-free-normally-49.htm

The product is available as a Free or a Pro version.  Going Pro normally costs $49, but if you head to http://www.sysnew.com/sysrestore-pro/ before December 1st you can get it for free.  You'll find the licence code on that page, ready to paste into the free trial program that you can download from a separate link on the site.

Note that you'll need to turn off any similar product that you already use. As for Windows System Restore, if you forget to turn it off before installing SysRestore Pro then the program will offer to do it for you.

In my own tests, the program worked very well.  I set a snapshot, then deleted a handful of files, then chose to restore to the snapshot point.  A few seconds later, and after a restart or 2, my PC was back to its previous state with the files intact. -Gizmo
