DonationCoder.com on an iPad is Kinda Weird

Unfortunately I am seeing it on the iPad in the Safari, Opera Mini, and Dolphin browsers.   :(

I can't remember which browser/OS combo it was, but I did see similar behavior awhile back. I remember having to make sure my mouse wasn't over the post box area in order to scroll. I had to keep my mouse in the page margins, otherwise, as soon as it hit a post box, it would stop scrolling, or scroll a bit in the opposite direction....and it only happened on this site and a few others.

My ipad2 on iOS 6 seems to be working fine with safari.
