I was trying when change of mind and for me is perfect.
I think that the advantage is clear.
But.... What are the effects in the log if we modify categories and items ?
May be a reindex instance or something like that ?
By example : You have the item conducta and decided to include in the personal category.
How will affect to the reports system ?

P.D. I say nothing. We don't have to worry because only obtain an universal value : the points.
I was seeing the graphical report from Optimism, but for me is a wisiwig only. The important thing is have in mind parameters. And this is no problem with PointMotivator.
And no obligation to cumpliment any checking list or goals. Only sums the goals you decided or really have accomplish.
Is alternative philosophy

It depends on the xml parser used, but this list is rather complete, and defines that you should use &ntilde; (including both the & and ; characters)
