Minicap 256 color PNG suggestion

When we cap a screenshot, at most times it takes less space and provide decent result when it is saved as a 256 colored PNG file.
However, the quantization algorithm of Minicap is not so good.
I suggest use Xiaolin Wu's quantization algorithm which makes the best result when a true colored picture is down sampled into 256 colored one. Please implement this and provide an option to set 256 PNG as the default format for screenshots.
