You take a normal YouTube link:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfCl0i-16aA

and keep only the v= stuff and put it in youtube brackets like this (without the spaces)

[ youtube ] OfCl0i-16aA [/ youtube ]

resulting in:



You can even put the entire link in the brackets:

This:

[ youtube ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OfCl0i-16aA[ /youtube ]

results in this:
