New beta uploaded with smarter TEST WINDOW functionality.. it will now try to be smarter about setting scrolling options after testing a window.
Most specifically, it will try to find good settings to do a LINE-based scroll (instead of a page-based scroll), which has a higher chance of better overlaps, making it easier to align images (page based scrolling sometimes results in 0 overlap in some apps).
It's still not PERFECT but it does seem better.

Tried the new beta (portable zip).
Attached are a sample from FF9 and one from IE8.
Results seem pretty good :)

Congratulations.
But it's a pity for none multi-lang UI, none unicode support in "text object".
