Apparently the site is down? does it mean that dhelltoys is no longer supported and no more upgrades?

In the end of December 2012, a copy of the original British CFi ShellToys version 7.4 came out of Russia. It wasn't malware, but a copy. I know nothing about who, how or why, but since then, there have been no updates, and now the entire company has vanished. The new owner ("Rob Young") may be campaigning for some Usual Suspect-title, because "Rob Young" is associated with about 105 other domains!
