There was an issue for me in that every time an application/window was opened it caused all my windows to flash. If this is unavoidable I can understand and sadly won't be able to use the application. If there is some way I can help you track down an issue I would be glad to.

I have the same problem, can this perhaps be fixed? I really don´t know why this isn´t a standard feature in Windows. ;)
