Yeah, you might find a tool to do it but the results will be better with even an amateur voice actor I reckon. :)

I don't know how Google Voice Search works, but if it requires that my own utterings get sent to Google, I might feel more comfortable having some kind of transformation/changing happen to such data before it gets sent on to them.
