Okay, ran across this article and decided to share it with the rest of the class.

Note: The closer you follow the instructions, the sooner it will actually word (e.g. I'm not admitting how long it took me to realize what I missed (the first 14 times)).

Allow Domain Users to install local Printers (and Network Printers) without Admin rights via Group Policy [Yes it is sometimes necessary...]
