When you make your 100'th Post

When I was a young sergeant with a new team to lead, I was at first too helpful for anybody's good. When I had helped my team in a situation where I thought "well, they are new and I want my team to make this test faster than the other teams", the next time we were tested, they didn't do anything, because they were all sitting, waiting for me to do their job!!
This is almost what just happened to tomos ;-)
