Well, I uploaded its source to SourceForge. Its project page is at https://sourceforge.net/projects/connectfusion/.

Zero3K:
Its a really nice attempt at a download manager. It would be quite a shame for it to go wasted. There's a similar styled program called Download Ninja but its too bloated since it relies on .NET 4.0 being installed.
