[Free VPN] VPN Steel

1. Its going at 10-12 Mbps for me when I download a file using a download manager (such as IDM).
2. The admin of the site responded to me when asked about the website on the forum. He wrote that he'll change the template of the site and write some instructions on how to connect to the service.

I'm not sure either. I use Hamachi sometimes to play old (and some new) games via "LAN" and that works so well for me (and it's free) that I'm not sure how this one could be any better.
But then again, just because I don't have a use for it doesn't mean someone else doesn't.

Why would I make an account for a product forum I have no intent, or idea for an intent, of using? Can't you answer why? You recommended the product/service.
