I think Poppy can do what you want - I haven't tried it, but the features list looks right.  Freeware with donation encouraged.

    * Delete e-mail messages from POP3 servers.
    * Select and/or unselect messages based on selection rules.
    * Only notify based on the selection rules.
    * Check e-mail headers against an anti-SPAM DNS blacklist.
    * Option to automatically delete SPAM messages
    * It is small and easy to use.
    * Support for POP3 servers that use SSL (like GMail).

Thanks, that sounds interesting! I'll play around with the current one (see above) for one or two more weeks, then I'll give Poppy a try too.

I think PopMan http://www.ch-software.de/popman/ can be usefull for you

It can't do exactly only reports specific emails (for example if the sender's name matches a specific string). But it can put group of accounts in tabs, and many other things.
