Synchronizing a few folders between two machines?

<< < (7/12) > >>

Armando:
btw I only just realized the second letter of Bvckup is actually the Greek letter delta--as in delta copying. Duh...I've been using this program for weeks now and never realized.  :-[ ;D

Clever name... I like it.

OkRob:
I do LOTS of folder synchronization between numerous machines and USB devices and my tool of choice is Beyond Compare . I also use SyncBack Pro alot but for a fast simple sync of a few folders between two machines or a USB device and a PC, I usually just use Beyond Compare. Works great for me.

Shades:
Synchredible looks like a nice freeware tool to synchronize two folders, also in (semi-)automatical way.

The page may turn up in German, but there is a button to select the English language as well.

EDIT:
Oops, forgot to mention that this software was positively mentioned on AddictiveTips

Niefer:
Noone mentioned FastCopy - small, fast, unicode, supporting hard links, portable... copy/sync app. No whistles.

JamesWatt:
Total Commander can also do synching folders.
