If it's going to happen, it's more likely to happen at a time that the PC is very busy such as at startup. There is a lot of processing that occurs when Circle Dock loads and there could well be timing issues. I may need to supply a separate "loader" which will load and execute Circle Dock when disk activity is at a minimum - ie after processing all the 'autorun' options.

I'm on a brand new machine with Windows 7, and as I said earlier, I also have this problem. It's easily taken care of / aligned by using my shortcut for toggling hide/appear (^space). I just do this automatically now after start up is finished.
