ljbirns:
I am trying to ad this map from Google to a website.         http://maps.google.com/maps/mm?hl=en&ie=UTF8&ll=37.311745,-76.747591&spn=0.012015,0.041199&z=16

I get the map but I get the sidebar which I don't want.    Is there a way to get rid of the sidebar ?

Thanks

Do you need it to stay moveable/scaleable/etc?  If not, why not just use ScreenShot Captor (for example) and take a screenshot.  Then you can edit out the bar.

Veign:
The easiest way to add a map to your website is:
1) Goto Google Maps
2) Search for the location you want to map
3) Click the Link icon on the far right
4) Click the 'Customize and preview embedded map' link
5) Tweak the map and copy the code into your website

This can be done with any location or business recognized by Google Maps.

OK    I have tried both methods   -  they both will work for me.

As usual  DC  members always come through.

Thanks

Oh, sure, just go ahead and make it still fully functional.   :P

Good stuff to know though.
