The truth is that I am using it eventually and incidentally and many times with no errors of importance and with no problems at all.

I am having a problem probably not because the program CreateShortCutIn.exe but I observed the hotkey assigned and don't obtain result.

I have assigned Control+Shift+W to create shortcuts in opened folders, but don't go well.

How can I depure my problem ?

Do you still use Firefox? If so, Ctril+Shift+W was already taken, and you probably just need to find another hotkey combination.

Contro:
Close Control-shift-w under firefox 3.6.16 because I refuse to go to the fourth version because of the addons.
But why happen now and not before ?
