IDEA: Smart Mouse positioning software

It would be great to have an application which does the following things:

+ temporary speed down the mouse cursor while pressing a hotkey for more precise mouse positioning
+ temporary speed up the mouse cursor while pressing an other hotkey for faster mouse positioning
+ recognize only the x axis of mouse movements by pressing an other hotkey for more precise mouse positioning
+ recognize only the y axis of mouse movements by pressing an other hotkey for more precise mouse positioning

So 4 hotkeys should be configurable.

there happens to be two separate programs to do what you want.. :)

• Mat (Mouse Acceleration Toggler) - Change mouse acceleration and speed settings via commandline.
• DragLock - Press the windows key to lock the mouse movement along one axis.
