Problem with Avatar Image
« on: June 07, 2010, 11:02 PM »
Hi, I'm going to ask an embarrasing question on my part; i was trying to upload a new avatar for my profile (it was a gif) but once uploaded the animation does not start. I tryed everything to the best of my ability and came up short  :-[ so I was wondering if anyone ran into this problem or knows how to fix it. Many thanks for any help on this issue

here is the avatar image that is giving me trouble...

Upload your animated avatar somewhere else and enter the url, instead.

If you upload it here on the forum, it will be converted to PNG and that will kill the animation.

actually if you make sure it's 65x65 and upload it, it may work.
