I can't get the winrar.com address to work - it doesn't seem to be registered with a DNS server though the domain name is currently active.

i think it's just a slightly unusual (invisible) affiliate program.
i.e. they have allowed several different entities to be their "affiliate" in different countries - in charge of adverising and sales in that region.
