It is a link to the ShareIt webstore - I wouldn't have thought ShareIt would be interested if it wasn't genuine.
The links came from UniBlue (formerly LI Utilities) that produce WinTasks Pro and they seem like a good bunch. Presumably UniBlue are acting as a distributor for RARLabs these days.
Note the original email offer from UniBlue was distributed by DigitalRiver.
