jgpaiva:
Cool!
I wonder why doesn't it highlight the links on wap mode, through..

Nod5:
this is built into smf.

for example this thread in dif mobile modes:

* wap mode - https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?wap;topic=19208
* wap2 mode - https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?wap2;topic=19208
* imode - https://www.donationcoder.com/forum/index.php?imode;topic=19208-mouser (August 26, 2009, 10:36 AM)

Cool! Though all three strip a bit too much of the page, including the links. Are there even more modes than those? I'm using an android phone and browsing in standard mode is pretty ok navigation wise, but very slow on DC due to many images (I think). Standard mode with all images disabled would be just about perfect. But I guess there is no "no-image mode" right?

jgpaiva:
Nod5: doesn't android's browser have support for a 'no image' mode? I know Opera does, so I suppose other mobile browsers should have too..

Nod5:
jgpaiva: I don't think the default android browser has and I'm anyway sure that there's no easy way to toggle it on/off. I've had reason to look through all the settings many times because the android default browser is crap, really. Very awkward to navigate with. I run many pages image-less just fine via http://google.com/gwt/n but run into problems on login sites like DC.
