v. 6.3.7.0      When adding to stack Tooltip displays info for 1 second instead of 1/2 second.

v. 6.3.8.0      Updated Middle Mouse Click handler for better response. Left clicking on the desktop to make it the "active window" before middle clicking is no longer needed. Also the handler does not "eat" the key.

Initial trials indicate the hesitation between middle mouse click and pop up window display disappears using this method.

FolderCache 6.3.8.1  Updated download link in first post.  Updated home page url in program, help and readme files.  Updated "visit hotkey page" function.  But the "check for new version" has not been modified as this is likely to be the last version other than minor bug fixes.
