I just downloaded the exe when I saw your post, Curt.
Works fine here.
Might your first try have been corrupted in transit, somehow?
Perhaps you'll be luckier if you delete the one that doesn't work and then try again.

MerleOne:
XYplorer does that : select a file, press Ctrl-S, give a new name to the file, et voilĂ  !  XYplorer needed though.

Yep, it does (except for the Win + V hotkey)-PhilB66 (April 24, 2009, 10:09 PM)

well now, this is just getting silly so I'll ask a silly question - are we correct in assuming you've copied a file (or files) first (CTRL+C)?

feed for the output comes from the clipboard so if you haven't copied anything then you won't get anything

If you are then we'll try another hotkey - open the AHK script in an editor and amend the line (should be around line 83) that reads

* $#V::
to something like

* $^!V:: ;(CTRL+ALT+V)
if that doesn't work, let me know

If only we could finish in the same manner...

Ah!  Taken together those explain the mysterious appearance of

through
If only we could finish in the same manner_2009-04-26_999.txt

I wondered what the buck was happening.
