Meta Survey Survey for Fundraiser Survey

I thought it would be a good idea at the end of fundraiser month to have a little survey we ask people to fill out, to solicit opinions about what the site should focus on, etc.

I'd like to ask for suggestions about the kinds of questions it would be useful to ask.

Please suggest some questions!

I like having the "any questions we didn't ask but you'd like to answer anyway" question - or response option at the end of many :)

I am not claiming these questions are very insightful or original but still

"Does donating affect the number of visits you make to the site, now and later and by how much?"
"Does it inspire you to learn programming and help others?"

And the answer to this may be obvious or is it?

"Did one particular DC program attract you to donate?"

(note that this survery won't be just for donators -- i suppose a natural question to ask might be, if you have chosen not to donate -- why not?)
