Ack! Adobe Confusion! Need to start anew!

Hello all:
I'm having some major difficulties in updating some various Adobe apps. Basically, I have Photoshop (plus Lightroom & Elements), Acrobat and Illustrator. I'm wanting to uninstall everything, wipe the slate clean and start anew. Does anyone know of an app that will ensure a complete cleanup of all the apps, their settings (in Application Data), etc.? Right now it's a total mess. Help?
