Ok thanks for everyones helps, problem sorted, turned out I just didn't zoom in the background image, looks good now :D

I use Circle Dock stating the obvious, Object Dock Plus and various other programs from Stardock been a user of Stardock for years now. and I use Winstep for start bar and shelfs
