^ really enjoyed some of those Panzer, but dont understand why knowing someone is about to break their neck or be otherwise seriously injured would be classified as 'funny' (?) I understand that 'fail' videos are shown as entertainment, I watched a few when I came across them first. But funny?

The concept of 'Schadenfreude' is all to real, I'm afraid. According to Wiki, there is a word in the English language that covers this concept too: Epicaricacy
Yet, schadenfreude "sticks" better. At least in my mind it does.

yeah, there's that aspect.
Freude is 'joy' :-) that's taking pleasure in other's pain/whatever -- still not humour to me, but what the heck...
