In exploring this forum, if I click on 'bottom', it gives me a choice of 'top' or 'last'.
When I click on 'top', it gives me 'bottom' and 'last'.
I'm just letting you guys know that there is something seriously wrong here!
If you click on 'top', it should take you to where it says 'top'.
And when you click on 'bottom', you should go to where it says 'bottom'.

I think there used to be a "go down" link at the top of the thread instead of "bottom".
I guess it is not possible but I find the "go to first unread" when a thread has new replies very useful.  You don't have to guess how many new replies there are or read them in reverse order.  Just click the nub and you are at the first one.

Edit: On some other forums the list of updated threads has a quasi-button on the left of each.  Click it and you are at the first unread in that thread.

I agree 'bottom' does not mean 'you are at the bottom'.  Though 'go up' or 'go down' would be easier to understand.   :)

Okay, once and for all, I understand DC's page layout perfectly, and there is nothing wrong with it.
There is absolutely no need to rethink DC's page layout.
I picked the 'silly humor' thread, dreamed up utter nonsense, total idiocy, and ranted like it was a big huge deal.
It was supposed to be funny, and not to confuse anyone and I wasn't laughing -at- anyone.
Apologies to all, it's a joke that may have come off more as a prank or spoof.
Whenever I post to a joke thread and rant idiotically like this, it's not intended to be taken seriously.
