Next time you do somehow manage to get someone that knows what they are doing, get their name! That way if you ever have to contact support again, you can ask for them, specifically. It doesn't always work, but when it does, it's worth it. :)

If you get a really good tech ask the person where to send an "atta boy" or whatever they call a glowing positive feedback these days. Perhaps an email or fax. A few of those hanging on the bulletin board and the management tends to treat the tech better. ;)
