The reason behind this is that it looks at the image as it was originally. Edits don't change the baseline as much as they layer them, thus making the same image appear as the edited image. If you look up Nancy Reagan, it's pretty obvious that's not actually her picture as edited- she doesn't look like her husband.... :-\

Commander in Chief is the title given to the president because he presides over the military with congressional consent. There have only been a few presidents that have actually served in the military, George Bush was one of them.
