Ignore Thread and Improved Bookmark Mod Implemented

I've finished implementing a (long requested) Ignore Thread mod and improving the current Bookmarking thread mod; will be uploaded soon.

I've done it in a way to make it easy to add other User-topic annotations, so such things may come next, like a Rating system.

Apparently the current bookmarks are affected- at least I can't find mine...  :(
