Firefox Extensions: Your favorite or most useful

I just took it out as experiment.  I put keyword 'du' to search in location bar. I have google as default. If I select a word and right click, it offers to search google.  That must go with whatever is the default engine.  The bang syntax seems to work with the 'du' keyword. I really don't know why I'd carry an extension when I can't figure out what it does. :)

Weird. :)

+1 for DuckDuckGo, ten months use and no problems. Easy configuration of Web Of Trust, display location, font family, size, color and help.

Hmm, I was going to give the AddOn another try and I stumbled on this:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/duck-duck-go-ssl/

It does DuckDuckGo search using SSL

Tuxman:
You could just add DDG to your search engines from within the DDG site. No extra add-on needed.

MilesAhead:
I looked in my AddOns page.  Nothing there for DDG. Must just use that install button to put it in the search engine list. Maybe they figured more people would see it and try it if it was listed as an "AddOn."
