when you say indexer - is it a search programme - okay, it says search. it's a search programme
I would have to second mousers request for a screenshot as I have no idea what interface is like - is there an interface? etc
I also have no idea what a console window is, so, I dont know - maybe it's not aimed at someone like me?

Start->run, cmd.exe  <enter> - that'll give you a console window with a shell
