Looks like it should be pretty easy to find out how much it costs, but I tremble at the thought of how much the Basic version (let alone the others) is likely to cost!

There are like 27 chruch software programs on http://www.imfreeware.com/[church]/. Not sure if any of them are what you are looking for... This is a freeware site so I'm assumingthey are free......
