Anybody know of a background traffic monitor?

J-Mac:
Microsoft has Network Monitor 3.1 for free.  You run it as a "capture" and it grabs all network traffic in detail on whatever adapter you designate. It shows all traffic line by line and also saves it all to a "capture file" so you can review it later.

Oh wow...  This IS an old thread that you resurrected!  Sorry if this is a needless post!
