let me check the irc servers -
sometimes a particular irc server will be down and it cannot connect and i just need to switch to another.

the server is up now at least; try again and let me know if it still happens; if so i'll try a new server even though the current one works for me.

ps.
you can also use ANY irc client, or even the freeware program miranda, and connect to any efnet server, and then join channel #donationcoder

I have installed Miranda.But there are so many EFnet servers in server name.I try to choose some of them.Failed.
